Eve has formally been involved with buying and selling real estate for 20 years, but has been interested in real estate investing her entire life. She also heads the underwriting efforts at Snowball Property Holdings (SPH). With a passion for researching properties and making "the numbers" work, she is always active on underwriting properties and tutoring others in how to improve their underwriting skills.

Trent takes care of a lot of the behind-the-scenes work at SPH, addressing needs for the company in both artistic and technical areas.
